In 1966 David W. Pharr commissioned the construction of this two story mid-century on his prominent Mount Washington view parcel.  Though his commitment to his vision was costly to realize, he must have been pleased with the result: high ceilings, clean lines, and large artistic rooms in which to enjoy the unobstructed City views.
